Founded in Sulaymaniyah, 2018.
Mirka Tech was founded in 2018 in Sulaymaniyah to do one thing well: deliver practical, well-built IT work for businesses in Kurdistan. Websites that load, apps that don’t crash, databases that survive a busy month, and a phone that someone actually answers.
Seven years in, we work with local businesses across retail, hospitality, real estate, and professional services — most of them long-term clients. Mirka Tech is part of the wider Mirka Group of companies, and the engineering work for the group is done here.

Local accountability
Everyone on the project is based in Sulaymaniyah. You always know who is doing the work, and you can come in to see them.

We pick mature, well-supported technology. Novelty is a tax we don’t want to pass on to our clients.
